Flow FOR TOURNAMENT DAY

(Check in with your coaches 30 minutes before Wrestling Start Time)

Tournament Schedule:

Born 2020-2021 (Pre-Bantams):                    Wrestle at     8:30 - 9:45   

Born 2018-2019 Bantam:                             Wrestle at   10:00 - 12:00

 Born 2016-2017 (Intermediate):                    Wrestle at   12:00 - 2:00

Born 2012-2015 (Novice & Middle School): Wrestle at   2:00 - 4:00

Start Times will be approximate between Sessions.

 If your wrestler is sick with any cold/flu symptoms, please ask them to stay home. We can only pull wrestlers BEFORE 8AM!

The 2025 Fall Season will be primarily focused on Folkstyle Wrestling. 

Tournaments weigh ins are Tuesdays and Wednesdays after practice. Each tournament is $15 at the time of weigh-in and
