•  PRACTICE SCHEDULE (Tentative & Subject to Change):
  • Fundamentals Practice (Ages 4–6): Mondays 5:30–6:20 PM
  • Practice (Ages 7–14): Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30–6:20 PM
  • Advanced Practice (Coach Invite Only): Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30–7:45 PM 

Persons under the age of 6 usually cannot compete at these tournaments. The club CANNOT register the children, parents must; however, the club will still coordinate weigh-ins. 

For athletes who wish to keep practicing but aren't ready to compete at this level or are too young, we will host a fundamentals practice. This season overlaps slightly with the Spring Freestyle season. 

• Weigh-ins are required for wrestlers competing: must be completed at practice on or before Thursday of tournament week or at another satellite location.  
• Fees: $25-$45 per wrestler per tournament. 
• PARENTS MUST REGISTER CHILDREN FOR TOURNAMENTS. THE CLUB CANNOT DO THIS FOR USAW/TOA/I OPENS.
